An afternoon at Lake Travis

Lake Travis is so wonderful! In the past 24 hours Lake Travis has been fuller than its been since 2011. The lake rose 7ft in the past 24 hours due to all the rain. A week ago it was only about half full, even so our visit there was there was pretty magical. The light was with some sun rays bursting through the clouds every 25 minutes and it made me understand part of the reason people are so intense with their Texas pride. Mark spent his time documenting all the plants he's never seen before (one of the many reasons he's my favorite person).
