Bodewell Studios Headshots // Small Business Headshots

I met my friend Bonnie through another friend, Eli, who owns Craft in Austin. When I first met her, she hosting community craft meet-ups and at some point after that, her plans changed. She had a baby and started doing digital marketing for a yoga studio, and now she owns and runs Bodewell Studios, a marketing agency focused on working with fitness and wellness studios.

Bonnie wanted to get some new photos for her business, so I went to her house and took photos with her there. Then we headed over to one of the yoga studios she does work for and got some great shots there, as well.

I love how focused and laid back headshot sessions typically are. The preplanning involved usually includes what props we’ll need, and where the photos need to go now as well as where they might go in the future. A lot of thought goes into each every photo we’re taking.
