Radical Wed Retreat at Casa Cartel

I almost didn't go to the Radical Wed Retreat at Casa Cartel but I'm so glad I did. Special thanks to Zig Metzler for convincing me to go and to Justine and Jamie for organizing the event.

I met so many awesome people from all around the US and learned a lot about them and myself in only a few day’s time. Also, I was able to spend some more time with the real couples that modeled for us, both of whom I already knew! I'm starting to get to that point of living in Austin where I'm starting to run into people I know more and more. :)

The styled shoot was STUNNING. I loved all the color that Casa Cartel provided as well as the floral crown and shoulder piece Bagel's Florals made. All the details by Letters and Dust were so beautiful too. 

Every meal we had was made and lead by Mary-Beth of Heart of Celebration who told us about the importance and history of the ingredients she used in her cooking. Every meal felt like a gift. If you need a meal catered near the Chicago area, definitely reach out to her.
